Preventing Dementia (Part 1)

Hello everyone,

I recently read an article on dementia and i immediately remember a viral post in a social media “whats-app”, a tips by the oldest Prime Minister in the world, of Malaysia who is also my idol, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Here it is:

He, who well known as Tun M, is 93 years old on 10 July 2018 but amazingly he looks like a 60 years old man. He appears more wisdom now compare to when he was in office as the 4th Prime Minister back in 1981 to 2003.  He told during his speech which i came across in YouTube that his yearly activity is to go to Argentina to ride horses. There was also a video on him recently driving his official car around Kuala Lumpur, cycling around Putra Jaya Lake Garden and praying at National Mosque without using a chair (which old man usually does). He is truly an amazing person. Malaysia is blessed to have him as the PM. I wish i can stay active just like him when i get older.

The article i read lists 20 tips to start taking care of our brain as early as 30s or 40s or even earlier, the better, to prevent dementia.
